If you have not met your deductible, you will be charge the allowed deductible until it has been met.
- I accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, or cash.
- Sessions paid with insurance will be 45
minutes in length.
- Cancellations are allowed if made 24 hours or more in advance of
your appointment.
- You will be charged $75
for the appointment if you fail to cancel by calling at least 24 hours
in advance of your scheduled time.

- For private pay clients, I have a sliding scale from $75 - $130.

46,000 – 55,000 $80.00
56,000 – 66,000 $90.00
67,000 – 77,000 $95.00
78,000 – 83,000 $100.00
84,000 – 89,000 $110.00
